Information collected
When you submit a project enquiry, FEIF Studio collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, business name, location, project requirements, timing, reference links and any optional attachment.
The website also records privacy-friendly aggregate events such as page views, the start of a quote form and completed quote submissions. These records contain the page path and event time. They do not intentionally store cookies, advertising identifiers, IP addresses or device fingerprints.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to assess your project, reply to you, prepare a proposal or quote, and maintain a record of the conversation. Aggregate event data is used to understand which pages are useful and whether the enquiry process works.
Storage and access
Enquiry records and aggregate events are stored with the website hosting provider. Optional attachments are stored separately from public website files. Access to enquiry records and attachments is limited to the password-protected FEIF Studio administration area.
Sharing and overseas processing
FEIF Studio does not sell enquiry information or add it to a marketing list. Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate the website. Data may therefore be processed outside Australia as part of those services.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are kept only while they remain useful for responding, quoting, delivering work or maintaining reasonable business records. Aggregate event records are automatically removed after 180 days. You can ask for your enquiry information or attachment to be corrected or deleted by emailing FEIF Studio.
Your choices
You can contact FEIF Studio directly by email without using the quote form. If you have questions, want access to the information connected with your enquiry, or believe it has been mishandled, contact E-mail: jack.feif@outlook.com.
